Dr. Shikhaa Siingh
Dr. Shikhaa Siingh is an educationist, economist, and entrepreneur. She is a certified soft skills trainer, facilitrainer, image consultant, and published author with 20 years of experience. A wide-eyed small-town girl with big dreams and an even bigger zest to turn her dreams into reality discovered her true calling in life with Swabodh! Dr. Shikhaa’s ambition, hard work, and resilience to carve her own path wherever she went bear testimony to her incredible journey. “I put my heart and soul into whatever I do,” she affirms, a mantra evident throughout her stellar career.

Shikhaa harboured dreams of entering civil services and being the change maker in society, however, she couldn’t make it through and started her career as a school teacher. A few years into it, she stepped up into the role of an assistant professor and gained not just experience, but earned a doctorate as well. She has been a faculty member at some of the most prestigious universities and institutions across the country. Exploring and embracing change with open arms is second nature to her as she successfully took on added responsibilities related to administration, student management, guidance, & counselling during her stint as an academician.
Her aspiration to make a mark in the professional world, driven by a strong desire to impact lives meaningfully led her to deeper self-introspection and self-exploration. She became aware of her capability to facilitate and lead others effortlessly, thus organically transitioning into the domain of soft skills training and image consulting.
She followed her heart, learning the nuances of this craft as this newfound self-learning and self-awareness resulted in the birth of Swabodh Studio. “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone,” says Dr. Siingh, encapsulating her fearless approach to challenges. Her trajectory took her from the comfort of academia to the dynamic realm of the corporate world, where she continues to build her legacy through innovative training programs, workshops, consulting, and personalised 1:1 sessions. Her adaptability and enthusiasm combined with her trademark confidence, an insatiable quest for knowledge, and unwavering support of her family, set the stage for her to excel. Dreaming with eyes wide open Dr Shikha is someone who believes in writing her own destiny and making the stars work in her favour.
